What subzones are allocated within the forest zone?

It is customary to call a forest any natural area dominated by trees. However, according to the type of vegetation, they are not uniform and are divided into several main subzones: 1. Broad-leaved forests, which are evergreen in the southern latitudes of the planet and deciduous in the northern ones. The tropical jungle also falls into this category; 2. Mixed forests that are intermediate between deciduous and coniferous forests. 3. Coniferous forests (taiga), which surpass in area all other forests on the planet.
