With an open fracture:
1 stop bleeding
2 use an antiseptic (iodine)
3 apply a sterile dressing
4 take the victim to the hospital
With a closed fracture:
1 apply a pressure bandage (cardboard, blocks, splints, wooden slats)
2 call an ambulance
