What was liberalism as a political movement?

Political liberalism was a special kind of political idea, where the main place was occupied by the non-interference (or restriction) of the state in the life of its population, the determination of the spheres of freedom of citizens so that they themselves had to manage their lives. It also manifests itself in various spheres of life: in the economic sphere – by the freedom of entrepreneurship; in the political – freedom of choice.
