What was Napoleon’s military policy?

Napoleon was a talented strategist who applied the intrastate principle of feudal states “divide and rule” at the interstate level. Trying to find allies, in confrontation with all their opponents, however, very soon this tactic ceased to bear fruit, because all the rulers realized that it was better to postpone all feuds until the victory over the most important threat – Napoleon.
