The USSR was based on the policy of the Bolsheviks. This movement assumed the hegemony of the proletariat. It was the proletarians who were officially supposed to be the source of power, by transferring part of the powers to people from among them. But in fact, it turned out to be a lie. The authorities had a gang of criminals: thieves, robbers, murderers and terrorists. All educated people were ousted and removed from the ruling elite. V.I.Ulyanov is a vivid example of such criminal managers. He personally approved the shooting of the royal family. I. V. Dzhugashvili, who on suspicion alone sent hundreds of thousands of people to execution. Moreover, the original ruling elite consisted largely of persons of Jewish nationality.
