What was the difference between ancient man and animals?

Ancient man differed from animals in that he could use tools in everyday life, although they were at first rather primitive. Also, from the very beginning, the ancient people developed creative thinking, i.e. they themselves could create these tools, while other animals could not. These two differences, together with a person’s curiosity, were the main ones. It was curiosity, as scientists suggest, that pushed people to overcome vast spaces and spread throughout the world.
