The life of the nobles in Ancient Egypt was wonderful. They had large estates, lived in houses that had a rich interior decoration: there were abundant carpets, interior items made of copper and gold. Luxurious white robes were adorned with rich jewelry, precious stones, which emphasized their status. On the wrists and hands were many gold bracelets and rings. They wore long wigs of black sheep’s wool or human hair on their heads, and they spent their free time hunting and fishing.
