the beginning of the XX century – the junction of the empire and the RSFSR. the main problem of both the economic and all other aspects of the country was the desire to change the country without changing its foundation. at the beginning of the century, there was a rapid injection of modernization, which means the renewal of the most important spheres of society at the root, but at the same time, not a single reform during this time was comprehensive and thoroughly worked out – such chaotic innovations ultimately did not give normal results, and such reforms were followed by counter-reforms … the difference in material and spiritual wealth between different social strata still played a role, which gave rise to a socio-political crisis.
