What was the main feature of industrialization in the USSR?

Industrialization in the USSR and its features are as follows:

Using the masses of peasants who fled to cities and facilities from collectivization of hunger and unemployment. The massive use of prison labor and manual labor in general.
Military orientation of industrialization. Metallurgy, energy and mechanical engineering were part of the military-industrial complex.
Foreign specialists involved in the construction and planning of facilities. Also, the assembly of objects abroad with their subsequent disassembly and transportation to the USSR.
Payment for all these projects by selling resources, cultural values, wheat during the famine in Ukraine, Kazakhstan, the Volga region.
