What was the reason for the different speed of the industrial revolution in different countries of Europe and the United States?

So in those days, for example, in England there were rallies and demonstrations that demanded democratic reforms, in the rest of Europe there were revolutions that slowed down industrial progress. The very first industrial revolution was carried out by the British Empire. In the 19th century, it possessed enormous human and natural (thanks to colonies) resources, which made it possible to develop not only trade, but also the economy.
