What were the conditions and consequences of the signing by the Soviet leadership of the Brest Peace Treaty?

The Brest Peace Treaty was concluded after the Bolsheviks came to power. According to him, the RSFSR withdrew from the First World War, annexations and indemnities were not provided. The only thing that had to be done was to stop claiming the Baltics, demobilize the army, establish trade with Germany, and interrupt the propaganda of the revolution in other countries. The signing of this agreement caused contradictions in the parties (between the Mensheviks, Bolsheviks, Socialist-Revolutionaries), and diplomatic relations with Germany were also established.
