What were the conditions of the peace concluded by Octavian Augustus with the Parthians?

In the east, Octavian led a very cautious policy. Based on the sad experience of other Roman military leaders who attacked Parthia, he understood that a war against this country requires a lot of effort. Therefore, by means of tricks, he forced the Parthians to negotiate and conclude peace. The conditions for peace were the return to Rome of prisoners from previous campaigns, as well as the captured Roman banner. The Euphrates River became the border between the countries. The Parthians recognized the protectorate of Rome in Armenia and neighboring countries.
