What were the differences between the members of the anti-Hitler coalition?

These disagreements can be divided into 2 periods: disagreements during the war and after it.

During the war, the main disagreement between the USSR, the USA and Great Britain was that the timing of the opening of the Second European Front was constantly postponed. The Soviet Union needed this front to open as quickly as possible and divert the attention of the fascist invaders, but the United States and Great Britain hesitated.

After the war in the anti-Hitler coalition, disagreements were about what should happen to the liberated territory. The USSR announced that the liberated countries of Eastern Europe would join the socialist bloc. The USA and Great Britain (which were in the capitalist bloc) did not like this very much.
