What were the innovations of the NEP.

Since 1921, a new policy (NEP) has been carried out in our country in the economy. The building of socialism began in the country. The food tax comes in exchange for the surplus appropriation. Now people were interested in producing surplus products. After the tax had been paid, all that remained was now theirs. They were free to handle the after-tax surplus as they saw fit. The country is recovering wages in money. Self-financing is introduced at enterprises. The chervonets appears as a new monetary unit. It is backed by gold. The ruble is now a convertible currency. The abolition of universal labor service has allowed people to start doing business.
