What were the positive and negative consequences of the NEP?

NEP – New Economic Policy, which began in March 1921. Its positive side can be considered the rapid restoration of the agrarian country ravaged by the civil war. It was possible to quickly restore the livestock population and sown areas. The attraction of foreign capital helped to restore the industry. Unemployment has decreased.
The negative consequence is a low potential for further growth (the high rates of 1922-1927 were explained by the effect of restoration), contradictions in the countryside due to the kulaks (there was socialism in the country), an increase in the number of middle peasants in the countryside, and the grain procurement crisis.
