What would happen if Antony won and not Octavian?

In the event of a victory for Antony in the civil war, he and Cleopatra could go to Rome in order to seize power.

In this case, there could be several results:

1. Antony and Cleopatra found a new dynasty in Rome;

2. During their march, they meet the army of Rome and are defeated. The result of this could be the establishment in Rome of a new government or an imperial dynasty;

3. Antony and Cleopatra found an empire equivalent to the Roman Empire in the east and entered into either a war or an alliance with Rome.
