What would happen if the water cycle in nature disappeared?

If the water cycle on the planet disappears, then most of the life both on the surface of land and in water will disappear with it. First, rivers and lakes will dry up, all plants that are located in the interior of the mainland will die out. Plants that get moisture from seawater, such as mangroves, are likely to remain. With the disappearance of vegetation, animals will also die out, since I will not be able to feed myself. The seas will no longer receive nutrients from land, most of the marine plankton and the animals that feed on it will become extinct.
