In 1725-1762, despite the Palace coups, an active policy was pursued in the field of industrial production. It was the support for the country’s economic sphere and other subsystems of society. In 1736, Empress Anna adopted a decree according to which some of the peasants were attached to factories and could not leave them. This ensured the stable development of the industry. Also during this period, internal trade duties were canceled, which significantly improved the circulation of goods within the country.
