When did natural selection cease to be a leading factor in human evolution?

Human evolution has practically stopped in our time. All due to some factors. Primarily due to the lack of natural selection, as it was some time ago. Until a few hundred years ago, natural selection was destroying people. But we have learned to fight viruses, bacteria, various parasites. Also, we can treat many diseases. The weak don’t die now thanks to medicine. We stopped fighting wild animals. From the point of view of a person, this is good. But evolution also stopped because of this.
