When did the powerful Ottoman Empire begin to weaken?

Two stages of the weakening of the Ottoman Empire can be distinguished:
The turn of the XVI-XVII centuries. For example, the reign of Sultan Mehmet III, when failures began in foreign and domestic policy. For example, in 1601, the Habsburgs advanced slightly in Hungary and took the city of Szekesfehervar. With this sultan, revolts of the Janissaries and Sipahs took place. The economic crisis in the empire intensified.
Since 1683. The Ottoman army was defeated near Vienna, until 1699 there was a war with a coalition from Austria, Venice, the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth and Russia. The Turks then lost Azov and Hungary.
