When do the leaves evaporate more moisture in summer or autumn?

Leaves constantly evaporate moisture from the leaves. But the amount of moisture does not depend on the season. It depends on the type of plant and the amount of water. Some plants have adaptations to survive drought in summer. Their leaves are covered with wax and they are small in size. Therefore, many species lose very little water in summer. But still, water evaporates in summer in greater quantities, as the leaves need to be cooled. If we attach a leaf of a plant to our lips in hot weather, then we will feel that the leaf is cool.
