When does the Sun illuminate both the Northern and Southern hemispheres equally?

If somewhere the day is longer, then in the other part of the world it is correspondingly less. this is how nature works, in the summer in the northern hemisphere the day increases, and in winter it decreases, and in the southern hemisphere the opposite is true. But there are two days a year when the Sun illuminates both hemispheres equally, this is the day of the spring and autumn solstices, March 21 and September 22, respectively. These days, day and night are the same in the northern and southern hemisphere.
