The post-war truce between the Russian Empire and Germany was signed on November 11, 1918. That is, when the war officially ended. Thus, the central states admitted defeat in the war. It should also be mentioned that the peace treaty between Russia and the countries of the Quarter Union was signed six months earlier in Brest, that is, on March 3 of the same year. Then Russia was forced to withdraw from the war due to internal political reasons.
