Where and how does the process of protein biosynthesis take place?

The process of protein biosynthesis occurs in several stages. And each of them has its own specific place:
Transcription is the rewriting of information about the primary structure of a protein from DNA to m-RNA. It occurs in the cell nucleus.
Activation of amino acids (in the cytoplasm) – amino acids are attached to certain t-RNAs, and they carry them to the site of protein synthesis.
Translation – the assembly of a protein molecule on the m-RNA template. This process is carried out by ribosomes.
The protein molecule is detached from the ribosome and takes on a natural structure.
