Where and when did the first meeting of Alexander the Great and Darius III take place?

The first battle between them took place at the Battle of Issus. This was in 333 BC. Against the 40 thousandth army of Alexander opposed the 100,000th army of Tsar Darius 3. In the battle, the troops of the Persian king were defeated. So Alexander was able to open his way to Western Asia and Egypt.
