Where and when did the Parliament appear in England, the General States in France, courts in Spain?

Parliament in England appeared in 1265, since 1295 under King Edward 1 it was renamed the “Model Parliament”. The states-general in France appeared in 1302 during the conflict between Philip the Fair and Pope Boniface 8. The Cortes in Spain emerged in 1137 in Castile. These elected assemblies were responsible for the taxation system, the military sphere, foreign policy, and the judicial system. Also, these bodies were supposed to provide support to the state at especially critical moments, in their hands were the money of the state treasury.
