In theory, confrontation is possible between states that possess such weapons. All the countries of the former CIS also possess the technology of such weapons. Such conflicts cannot be ruled out due to religion, economic factors. Iran has nuclear technology. Not so long ago, this state turned from a secular into an Islamic orthodox one. The Russian Federation is currently trying to impose its views on Europe. North Korea regularly tests carriers of such weapons. A number of European countries have all the options for delivering nuclear warheads to the territory of a potential enemy anywhere in the world. The United States is leading in the quality and quantity of nuclear warheads that can be delivered anywhere in the world in 15-30 minutes. We shouldn’t forget about China either. They do not sign any arms limitation treaties at all. Conclusion: for a conflict to arise on a planetary scale, one or more ambitious schizophrenics in any country are enough. And this can happen at any time, anywhere in the world. The task of all developed humanity is to suppress conflicts. All kinds of peace and non-aggression treaties are often violated. At the moment, the main and recognized body that can really prevent this is the UN.
