Where are all types of ribonucleic acids synthesized?

Synthesis of RNA (all types of ribonucleic acids, with the exception of ribosomal – rRNA) occurs on ribosomes and a rough endoplasmic reticulum (the main feature of this organelle is that it contains ribosomes). RNA synthesis occurs according to the principle of complementarity – the necessary information is read from one of the DNA strands, the process is accelerated by the RNA synthetase enzyme.

Ribosomal RNA is synthesized in the nucleolus, a microscopic organelle that never leaves the cell nucleus.
