Where are ulotrix and cladofora algae used?

Ulotrix and Cladofora are members of the green algae class.
Because they are green, it means they contain chlorophyll, which means that they are capable of photosynthesis. Algae is used as an indicator of the degree of pollution of water bodies; from some green algae (including ulotrix), alginic acid is extracted, which is used in medicine, food, perfumery and many other industries.
Cladophora is widely used as a decoration for aquariums.
