Where did the first agricultural states emerge?

There were four territories where the first agricultural states arose:

Between the Yangtze and Yellow Rivers. These territories became the birthplace of civilization in China, where they learned to cultivate tea, just rice.
Indus River On it in the III millennium BC. the Mohenjo-Daro civilization arose. Civilization on the Ganges appeared later.
The area between the Tigris and Euphrates. Now it is Syria and Iraq, where at the turn of the 4th and 3rd millennia BC. the civilization of the Sumerians appeared.
Egypt. In the lower reaches of the Nile River, the civilization of Ancient Egypt arose at the end of the 4th millennium BC.
