Where did the first civil war and subsequent civil wars unfold?

Officially, the first civil war is considered the war in England in 1643-1651, although many historians now admit that some events in history also had all the signs of civil wars (the war of the barons in England in the 13th century, the uprising of the “Jacques” in France in 1358, religious wars and many more).

However, the war in England remains officially recognized, then there were civil wars: in the USA during the struggle for independence 1775-1783, in France 1789-1794, in the USA 1861-1865 and in many other countries.
