Where did the Middle Ages end?

Here the opinions of different smart husbands were divided. Some of them believe that the Middle Ages ended in the modern United States. It is the fact of the discovery of America by Columbus that is this point. However, this can also be said about the beginning of the English Revolution, the fall of Constantinople.
