Where did the nobility come from?

The nobility should be attributed to one of the highest strata of society, which takes place both in Russia and abroad. The nobility was called a special class that had certain higher privileges. In Russia, the nobles were formed by the following categories of the public: officers, officials, landowners, bourgeoisie, and intelligentsia. The nobility can be considered one of the most numerous strata of society, the right to join which was innate – it was inherited, determined by family ties.
