Where do bushy lichens live?

Bushy lichens live mainly in trees. They have a specific shape, because of which they were called bushy, and not because they grow on bushes. A characteristic feature of lichens is that they mainly live where the air is polluted. In ecologically clean or relatively clean places, it is almost impossible to find them. Therefore, they serve as natural indicators of the level of air pollution. In city parks and near various factories, lichens feel great.
