Where do red algae live and what structure do they have?

Red algae, or crimson algae, are mainly multicellular marine plants. Only a few species of scarlet are found in fresh water. The sizes of the purple flies usually range from a few centimeters to 1 m in length. But there are also microscopic forms among them. In addition to chlorophyll, the cells of red algae contain red and blue pigments. Depending on their combination, the color of the scarlet changes from bright red to bluish-green and yellow. Red algae are very diverse in shape: filamentous, cylindrical, lamellar and coral-like, dissected and branched to varying degrees.
