Where do stingrays live and what do they eat?

Stingrays are marine fish with a strongly flattened body and huge pectoral fins. Their head is fused to the body. The mouth, nose and gills (there are 5 of them in stingrays) are located in the lower side of the body, and the eyes and the squirt (holes for inhaling water) are located on the upper part. Stingrays live in sea water, but there are also freshwater stingrays (Motoro). Stingrays are almost ubiquitous, they can be found in the waters of the Arctic and Antarctic, and in the Pacific, and in the Indian. Their main food is mollusks, crayfish, some species of stingrays eat plankton and small fish.
