Where do you see the reasons for the appeal of Russian rulers to the European experience in the 17th century?

In the 17th century, Russian rulers began to pay attention to the rapidly developing Western European states. From there they adopted the manufacturing type of production, some traditions, but most of all the Russian tsars were attracted by the autocracy, which was established in many European countries. The first tsars from the Romanov dynasty sought to introduce an autocratic type of government in Russia. They stopped calling the Zemsky Sobor, departed from councils with the Boyar Duma. They sought to concentrate power in their own hands.
