Where does dead water come from.

Nobody has given a clear definition of what kind of liquid “dead water” is.
Some researchers give such a definition of a liquid that does not contain mineral components, for example, distilled or melt water. Others call it water that is unsuitable for living organisms, for example, water from a swamp, that is, it has no healing properties.
