Where is the Gulf Stream?

The ocean current Gulf Stream is one of the most powerful on our planet. It also plays a big role in the life of Europeans, because it is thanks to this current that this continent has a rather mild climate even in winter. The Gulf Stream flows in the west of the Atlantic Ocean, along the North American shores, then changes the direction of the current in the north of the Atlantic and goes east, flowing close to the northern shores of Europe, reaches the Baltic Sea (this is why the Baltic does not freeze in winter).
