Where on the territory of China are the areas with high mountain climates located?

If you look at the physical-geographical map of China, you will notice that the areas with a high-mountain climate there are mainly in the west, this is the territory of the Tibet Autonomous Region, as well as the Sichuan province, the southern part of the Xinjiang Uygur region, as well as its western part near the Tajik Pamir and its northern part near the junction of the borders of Mongolia, China and Russia (our republic of Altai). And also the Qinghai provinces north of Tibet.
