Where was the first part of the Bible created?

The first part of the Bible is called the “Old Testament”. It consists of several parts and was written in different places for quite a long time by different people. It should be borne in mind that this was written by Jews and for Jews.
“Tanakh”. The first in this work is Genesis, and the second is Exodus. If we take into account that the Jews moved to Egypt from Canaan, and I myself describe my history, starting from the 18th century BC, then it would be quite logical assumptions to write the first two books in the period from the 12th century BC to 4-5 century AD The first book, quite possibly, was written back in Canaan, and the second could have been written anywhere after the exodus from Egypt. There is no exact date when the Bible was written. Even now, there is controversy in scientific circles.
