Which African countries are monarchies?

There are not many countries with monarchical rule on the territory of Africa. The largest and oldest of these is Morocco, which is located in northwest Africa. In this country, the ruling dynasty has existed for almost four hundred years. The other two monarchies are in the south of the continent. These are the small states of Lesotho and Swaziland, which are adjacent to South Africa and became independent in the middle of the twentieth century.
