Which continents are connected by narrow strips of land?

Some continents are far from the rest, with vast expanses of water stretching between them. Others are located close and even connected by a strip of land. For example, Africa in the northeast connects with Eurasia. There is also a thin land bridge between the Americas. In both cases, for economic reasons, channels were dug in these narrow parts, which made it possible to significantly shorten the path of the ships. The Suez Canal was built in Africa, and the Panama Canal in America.
