Which continents lie entirely in the Western Hemisphere?

Most of the Western Hemisphere is occupied by the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans. And, except for Australia, all other continents partially or completely fall on this hemisphere. So, here is the extremely western part of Europe and Africa, almost half of the Antarctic territory and the Chukchi Peninsula, that is, part of Asia. Between these lands lie North and South America, which are entirely in the Western Hemisphere. Also here is the largest island on the planet – Greenland.
