Which countries in East Africa do not have access to the ocean?

According to the United Nations classification, there are 20 countries in the East Africa region, of which 6 are island countries, and the rest are located along the coastline or inland, without access to the sea. The latter category includes states such as:

Malawi.

Ethiopia.
