Which strait connects the Arctic and Pacific oceans?

Between the Pacific Ocean and the Arctic Ocean, such a border is formed by the Bereng Strait, which separates these two oceans. It runs between the extreme eastern point of Eurasia, Cape Dezhnev in Russian Chukotka, and the westernmost continental point of North America, Cape Prince of Wales, in Alaska. The narrowest point is 86 kilometers and the depth is about 36 meters. The strait is named after the Russian navigator Vitus Bering, by the way, who was born in Denmark.
