Which two points cannot be determined, and why?

There are two points that do not have any longitude – these are the North and South Poles of the Earth.
It is impossible to determine these poles longitude, since these two points are located where all the meridians meet. That is, these are points that belong to any meridian and therefore they have any longitude.
