Who became king of France after Napoleon?

Napoleon I Bonaparte was at the origins of the revolution, which in 1799 overthrew royal rule and established a republican system. However, in 1804, Napoleon proclaimed himself emperor. After an unsuccessful military campaign in Russia, and the subsequent defeat by the Anti-French coalition, he was sent into exile.
The coalition, which included the largest monarchical states in Europe, saw stability in the royal rule, and therefore insisted that the Bourbon dynasty return to the throne. After Napoleon, Louis XVIII became king.
