I think that the most worthy citizen is a patriot! He does a lot of good for his country.
Also people who, for example, protect nature (Namely: they do not litter, they work honestly, they always remain faithful to their homeland).
And also volunteers. They help the elderly or work in shelters, not for personal gain, but simply from the heart.
One of the components of a person's success in our time is receiving modern high-quality education, mastering the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary for life in society. A person today needs to study almost all his life, mastering everything new and new, acquiring the necessary professional qualities.
