Who defeated the state of the Vandals in North Africa and the Visigoths and in Spain?

In the 4th-5th century, the first barbarian kingdoms arose on the territory of the former western Roman Empire. These include the Vandals and Visigoths. Vandals in Africa, like the Visigoths in Spain, could not hold out for long. So after a certain period of time, the strengthened Byzantine Empire was able to knock out the Vandals from North Africa. On the other hand, the Visigoths were expelled from Spain during the Arab conquest of these lands.
